The Hanwell Hootie
Saturday 11th May @ 12:00 AM
The Hanwell Hootie was launched on 6 April 2013 as a free event in four pubs to commemorate the unveiling that day of a black plaque to mark the birthplace of Marshall Amplification at 76 Uxbridge Road.
Since then the event has grown to become London’s biggest free one-day music event.
In 2018 the Hootie featured no fewer than 90 acts playing original compositions in 15 venues. The seventh, 2019 edition of the Hootie is expected to be even bigger.
