The Ealing Club Xmas Party 2019

Thursday 5th December @ 7:00 PM

This special Christmas event features a one-off screening of Tony Palmer’s film Ginger Baker in Africa followed by a conversation between TONY PALMER and Ginger Baker’s daughter, NETTIE BAKER, who’s also presenting her latest book More Tales of a Rock Star’s Daughter.

The film + conversation will be followed by live music. It’s being hosted by The Ealing Club CIC at the historic original venue opposite Ealing Broadway Station. Now the Red Room nightclub, in March 1962 the premises became the cradle of British rock.

The bands performing on will include the critically acclaimed RAMON GOOSE BAND and American folk/punk troubadour ALLEGRA SHOCK.

The screening and live music will be taking place in two separate but very close venues close to Ealing Broadway Station.
Film screening + Q & A:  Down Under Centre, 48 Haven Green, Ealing, London, W5 2NX
Live music: Across the road at The Red Room (formerly The Ealing Club) 42a Ealing Broadway, W5 2NP

Access: Please note there are stairs in both venues.
