The West Ealing SoundBite Festival is an opportunity to experience an ‘eclectic’ mix of top rate bands and artists many of whom have an association with the borough of Ealing.

Ealing may have a music heritage that deserves celebrating (see A-Z Ealing Rock) but the present is also upon us. There is a wealth of musical talent that can still be found within the area. However, venues that promote musicians while ensuring their time is given the value it deserves are very few and far between. (Musicians, fans, residents and venues can all start making a difference by helping support both established and the new emerging festivals taking place in the area)

“DU BELLOWS are by far one of the most interesting and musically adept bands I have seen recently. There is a cosmic counterpoint alive and well here.” – JIMMY PAGE

The West Ealing SoundBite Festival 2014 is presenting a mix of established artists, local favourites and emerging musicians, some with huge potential to follow in the footsteps of those who have already spent some time at some of many ‘legendary’ venues situated along the Uxbridge Road…….

We have heard some musicians talk about an ‘Ealing Feeling’ that has inspired so much great music over the years. There’s no doubt that that most people playing and coming to watch the bands on 13th September 2014 will agree. There may be ‘Something in The Air’
